Randy Schwartz, MSPH, has over 35 years of experience in implementing health promotion/disease prevention initiatives in state health departments and health organizations. He is currently president of Public Health Systems Consultants and serves as the senior public health consultant for cancer control with the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors. Randy focuses on chronic disease prevention and control, cancer control, tobacco control, community-based health promotion, and healthy public policy.

Randy also serves as an adjunct faculty member for several public health academic programs, notably the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health’s online MPH program, Northeastern University’s MPH program, and the University of New Mexico’s Department of Population Health.

Randy has extensive experience with chronic disease prevention and control, cancer prevention and control, and tobacco control. He also has extensive experience in implementation science; evidence-based intervention implementation; health policy strategies; community-clinical linkages; and policy, systems, and environmental change strategies.

Randy is a paid member of the Red Ventures Education Integrity Network.
